MINNEAPOLIS - A Minnesota man accused of getting into the U.S. by concealing his military service during the Bosnian war is asking that the case be dismissed.
Zdenko Jakisa has pleaded not guilty to possessing unlawfully obtained documents. Prosecutors say he got his green card illegally when he didn't disclose his armed service in Bosnia-Herzegovina in the 1990s. He also concealed that he'd been accused of killing a neighbor.
