Andrew leads our effort to encourage state politicians to pass sensible policies like E-Verify and mitigate the effects of federal immigration enforcement failures. He started with NumbersUSA in 2011, contributing both to local activism and media initiatives along the way. Before that, Andrew was the Director of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus. He is a graduate of American University but he grew up in Douglas County, CO – which experienced the highest percentage of growth from 1980-2009 of any county in America.
