While the White House focuses its attention on keeping "families together" and allowing illegal aliens to "more fully contribute to our country", the Biden immigration bill includes a massive expansion to the existing employment-based immigration system, allowing employers to import cheap foreign workers to fill new jobs.

Our staff has finished combing through every detail of the massive immigration legislation and applied conservative numbers to every category. Pity the millions of Americans of every race and ethnicity who are waiting in the hiring lines of the country hoping to be told they finally have a job. Look at these terrifying numbers!

On the path that acting DHS head Pekoske started us down yesterday, anybody in the world can take a trip to Disney World and then start moving into the U.S. jobs market and never have to leave. Any visa for work, study, or pleasure would be a "Magic Kingdom Pass" for the whole world to take U.S. jobs.

Biden has proposed amnesty for more than 11 million illegal aliens, a massive expansion of legal immigration, and the dismantling of enforcement if yet to be released legislation is anything like an outline provided by the new Administration hours before Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States.

The clock has run out for the Trump Administration to move forward an interim final "G-Verify" rule that would require employers to file their "I-9" employment verification forms online. That would allow federal officials to actually see the forms and whether procedures were properly followed to prevent hiring of illegal aliens. Currently, employers can fill out the forms and just stuff them into their desk drawers.

Human trafficking continues because the U.S. government refuses to take adequate steps to combat illegal immigration. Amnesty will only encourage more of the same. Border security and interior enforcement -- not lip service to the "rule of law" -- are necessary to end this scourge.

NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation provides a civil forum for Americans of all political and ethnic backgrounds to focus on a single issue, the numerical level of U.S. immigration. We educate opinion leaders, policymakers and the public on immigration legislation, policies and their consequences. We favor reductions in immigration numbers toward traditional levels that would allow present and future generations of Americans to enjoy a stabilizing U.S. population and a high degree of individual liberty, mobility, environmental quality, worker fairness and fiscal responsibility.

Those who need to refer to NumbersUSA with a short, descriptive modifier should call it an “immigration-reduction organization.”
