Freshman Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) has cosponsored the SAFE for America Act, H.R.704, that would end the Visa Lottery. By cosponsoring the bill, Rep. Brooks has now cosponsored at least one bill in each category of our “5 Great Solutions”. While Rep. Brooks is only serving his first term in Congress, he’s cosponsored more than a dozen immigration-reduction bills and was identified as a “True Reformer” during last year’s mid-term elections.
