OpposeTo prohibit the enforcement of certain Executive orders.

To waive certain prohibitions with respect to nationals of Cuba coming to the United States to play organized professional baseball.
To prohibit the collection of information and the establishment or utilization of a registry for the purposes of classifying or surveilling certain United States persons and other individuals on the basis of religious affiliation, and for other purposes.
H.R. 5012, the Restoring Respect for Immigrant Service in Uniform Act, would call for the readmission of deported aliens who spent 180 days in the military, haven't been discharged at any level under than honorable, and haven't been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or 3 or more non-significant misdemeanors on different dates out of separate conduct. Significant misdemeanors are defined as domestic violence, sexual assault, involving unlawful possession of a firearm, or with a sentence over 90 days.
H.R. 4303, the Border Security and Accountability Act of 2015, would prevent Border Patrol officers from patrolling environmentally sensitive areas along the border and require officers to take certain measures when encountering family units and other potentially vulnerable illegal border crossers.
