Timely Repatriation Act

Published:  Mon, Jun 8th 2015 @ 3:16 pm EDT

NumbersUSA's Position:

Support

H.R. 583, the Timely Repatriation Act, would give the Secretary of Homeland Security the ability to punish countries that refuse or unreasonably delay the repatriation of its nationals from the United States. If a country's repatriation failure rate exceeds 10%, the Secretary will refuse to issue visas for attendants, servants, personal employees, and immediate family members of ambassadors, diplomats, consular officers, or other officials and employees from that country's government.

Loretta Lynch Nomination:

Loretta Lynch Nomination

Published:  Mon, Oct 17th 2016 @ 10:44 am EDT

NumbersUSA's Position:

Oppose

NumbersUSA took an unusual step and scored the April 23, 2015 vote for the confirmation of Ms. Lynch as a vote against against the rule of law, and against the interests of American workers. The Office of the Attorney General, the top law enforcement office in the country, is a position that should be reserved for qualified individuals with the utmost regard for the rule of law. Unfortunately, while Ms. Lynch served honorably as the U.S.

Published:  Thu, Oct 13th 2016 @ 12:08 pm EDT

NumbersUSA Education & Research Foundation provides a civil forum for Americans of all political and ethnic backgrounds to focus on a single issue, the numerical level of U.S. immigration. We educate opinion leaders, policymakers and the public on immigration legislation, policies and their consequences. We favor reductions in immigration numbers toward traditional levels that would allow present and future generations of Americans to enjoy a stabilizing U.S. population and a high degree of individual liberty, mobility, environmental quality, worker fairness and fiscal responsibility.

Those who need to refer to NumbersUSA with a short, descriptive modifier should call it an “immigration-reduction organization.”
