H.R. 6 would grant amnesty to approximately 3.2 million illegal aliens who entered the country prior to their 18th birthday and meet certain requirements. It would also provide amnesty to approximately 430,000 recipients of Temporary Protected Status (TPS). Most TPS recipients were in the country illegally at the time they received the designation.
A bill to designate Venezuela under section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit nationals of Venezuela to be eligible for temporary protected status under such section.
