To grant lawful permanent resident status to certain eligible persons who were separated from immediate family members by the Department of Homeland Security.

This bill would grant amnesty to approximately 3 million illegal-aline agricultural workers. It would also prevent the prosecution of illegal aliens who used fraudulent documents to obtain a job.

To close loopholes in the immigration laws that serve as incentives to aliens to attempt to enter the United States unlawfully, and for other purposes.

To designate Venezuela under section 244 of the Immigration and Nationality Act to permit nationals of Venezuela to be eligible for temporary protected status under such section, and for other purposes.

To limit the separation of families at or near ports of entry.
