To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to reinstate the returning worker exemption for H-2B visas, and for other purposes.
To amend the Afghan Allies Protection Act of 2009 to make 2,500 visas available for the Afghan Special Immigrant Visa program, and for other purposes.
To provide that the Executive Order entitled "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" (March 6, 2017), shall have no force or effect, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to enforce the Executive Order, and for other purposes.
To amend section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit State and local officers and employees from performing immigration officer functions.
To authorize the cancellation of removal and adjustment of status of certain aliens who are long-term United States residents and who entered the United States as children, and for other purposes.
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to limit the grounds of deportability for certain alien members of the United States Armed Forces, and for other purposes.
To prohibit the use of Federal funds to build a wall along the southern border, and for other purposes.
To prohibit use of Federal funds to apprehend, detain, or remove from the United States any alien who was granted deferred action under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program, if the alien lost their deferred action status solely as a direct or indirect result of any action taken by the President or another Federal official.
