OpposeH.R. 5012, the Restoring Respect for Immigrant Service in Uniform Act, would call for the readmission of deported aliens who spent 180 days in the military, haven't been discharged at any level under than honorable, and haven't been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor, or 3 or more non-significant misdemeanors on different dates out of separate conduct. Significant misdemeanors are defined as domestic violence, sexual assault, involving unlawful possession of a firearm, or with a sentence over 90 days.
