H.R. 3659, the Exchange Inclusion for a Healthy America Act of 2015, would allow illegal aliens to receive tax credits for purchasing health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
H.R. 3647, the Fairness for Families Act of 2015, would exempt adult children of U.S. citizens who have certain disabilities from the annual caps.
S. 2091, the Jobs Originated through Launching Travel Act of 2015, would weaken interior enforcement by allowing the Department of Homeland Security to waive the maximum refusal rate used to determine if a country is eligible for the Visa Waiver Program.
H.R. 3605, the Protect Family Values at the Border Act, would require Border Patrol to consider the safety and family concerns in any action related to the repatriation or prosecution of individuals apprehended for immigration violations and provide related training for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and cooperating entity personnel. These requirements would prevent the timely removal of certain illegal border crossers allowing them to safely resettle in the United States.
H.R. 3436 would provide discretionary authority to immigration judges in the case of an illegal alien subject to removal, deportation, or exclusion and who is the parent of a U.S. citizen child if the judge determines that action to be against the child's best interests.
H.R. 3370, the EB-JOBS Act of 2015, would issue a green card to any foreign citizen who has held an E-2 visa for the last 10 years while also increasing other investor-based visa programs. We estimate that this legislation would add 3.4 million green cards over 10 years.
S. 1899, the REBUILD Act, would allow refugee applicants to receive a work permit while they're waiting for their case to be decided. This legislation would likely increase the level fraud in a program that's already riddled with fraud.

S. 1812, the Improving Cooperation with States and Local Governments and Preventing the Catch and Release of Criminal Aliens Act of 2015, would simply encourage jurisdictions to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement agents rather than penalizing sanctuary cities. The bill would also include mandatory minimum sentencing for illegal aliens who re-enter the United States after being removed (Kate's Law), but overall, the bill would do nothing to discourage sanctuary cities.
Recognizing the three-year anniversary of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, which permits young people who were brought to the United States by their parents as children to remain temporarily in the United States and make meaningful contributions to our country.
