To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that an applicant for citizenship who served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States is not automatically barred from becoming a citizen of the United States for having committed certain crimes, and for other purposes.
To extend temporary protected status for certain nationals of Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea until November 21, 2018.
To establish an employment-based immigrant visa for alien entrepreneurs who have received significant capital from investors to establish a business in the United States.

To exclude from the application of Executive Order 13796 certain Iraqi and Afghani special immigrants and refugees, to render certain Afghanis eligible for Priority 2 processing under the refugee resettlement priority system, and for other purposes.
To provide that the Executive Order entitled "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States" (January 27, 2017) shall have no force or effect, to prohibit the use of Federal funds to enforce the Executive Order, and for other purposes.
