Any visa for work, study, or pleasure would be a "Magic Kingdom Pass" for the whole world to take U.S. jobs.
The clock has run out for the Trump Administration to move forward an interim final "G-Verify" rule that would require employers to file their "I-9" employment verification forms online. That would allow federal officials to actually see the forms and whether procedures were properly followed to prevent hiring of illegal aliens. Currently, employers can fill out the forms and just stuff them into their desk drawers.
