Now They Tell Us: Immigration a Hot Topic Post-Election


Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently delivered a report to a federal judge who freed more than 250 illegal aliens from detention due to fears of the Chinese Coronavirus. In the report, ICE detailed that in less than two months since the judge’s order several of the aliens have already been accused of more crimes.
The House of Representatives passed H.R. 8428, the Hong Kong People's Freedom and Choice Act, that would grant Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to nationals from Hong Kong living in the United States at the time of enactment. The bill would also ensure that Hong Kong nationals facing persecution from the Chinese government can be considered for refugee resettlement in the United States.
A federal judge, late last week, ordered the Trump administration to fully restore the DACA program, which amnesties illegal aliens brought to the U.S. as minors from deportation, included in the order was a mandate to begin accepting new applications.

An Obama-era policy, created in 2009, has turned the U.S. territory of the Northern Mariana Islands into a hot spot for birth tourism schemes, “as Chinese women flock to the islands to deliver babies who automatically become American citizens.”

The United States Justice Department released today that Facebook “intentionally” discriminated against U.S. workers and hired foreign guest workers instead, even going as far as actively trying to deter well-qualified Americans from applying, the culmination of two years of investigative work on behalf of the department.
Six Senate and House Republicans are reportedly expected to meet with amnesty advocates comprised of corporate donors and members of the open border lobby with the intention of “building bipartisanship on immigration reform.”
