It has been reported by sources close to the incoming Biden Administration that the New President plans to ask Congress to offer amnesty to approximately 11 million illegal aliens already residing in the country. In addition, AP reports that on day one, Biden will announce legislation to provide a “pathway to citizenship” for millions more.

Biden made increasing immigration, weakening enforcement, and more guest workers a key aspect of his campaign, and reports now show that he plans to make good on those promises. The Department of Homeland Security estimated that there were 12 million aliens in the country illegally in 2015, nearly 80% of them for more than 10 years.

Yahoo News reports “The bill also would provide a shorter pathway to citizenship for hundreds of thousands of people with temporary protected status and beneficiaries of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals who were brought to the U.S. as children, and probably also for certain front-line essential workers.”

The Daily Wire added, “Under Biden’s plan, illegal aliens would become eligible for legal permanent residence after five years and for U.S. citizenship after another three years, a faster path to citizenship than in other bills in recent history.”

Vice President-elect Kamala Harris offered similar remarks in an interview with Univision that aired last Tuesday, saying DACA and TPS recipients will “automatically get green cards” while others would be on an eight-year path to citizenship.

If Congress, made up by a Democrat lead house and tied Senate with VP Elect Harris casting the tie-breaking vote, passes Biden’s absurd proposal, it would be the first time amnesty will be granted to illegal aliens since President Ronald Reagan amnestied nearly 3 million aliens in 1986.
