Last week two versions of Rep. Heath Shuler’s (D-N.C.) SAVE Act (Secure America with Verification Enforcement [H.R. 4088]) were introduced in the Senate by Senators Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), Mary Landrieu (D-La.) and David Vitter (R-La.).
