Rep. Kenny Marchant (R-Texas) has joined NumbersUSA's 5-for-5 club after sponsoring at least one bill for each of our 5 Great Solutions. Most recently, Rep. Marchant was an original co-sponsor to Rep. Gary Miller's (R-Calif.) LEAVE Act that would require all employers to use E-Verify.

Rep. Marchant has also co-sponsored Rep. Gingrey's bill to end Chain Migration, Rep. Goodlatte's bill to end the Visa Lottery, Rep. King's bill to end Birthright Citizenship, and Rep. Blackburn's bill that would assist local enforcement of federal immigration laws.

Rep. Marchant has served in the House since 2005 and has earned a career B+ grade. Rep. Marchant was also a member of the 5-for-5 club in the 111th Congress and earned "True Reformer" status during the mid-term elections.
