Mexican authorities say have the main suspect to the shooting of Border Patrol Agent Robert Rosas in custody. The Mexican federal police say that 36-year-old Ernesto Parra Valenzuela was carrying a border patrol issued pistol when he was taken into custody on Friday.
Four other men believed to be involved in the shooting were taken into custody on Saturday. One of the men is known immigrant trafficker Jose Eugenio Quintero Ruiz who identified Parra Valenzuela as the one who killed Rosas.
Last week, Rosas was fatally shot after responding to some activity along the border near San Diego, Calif.
