The Republicans avoided a super majority in the Senate on Tuesday with news that Senator Saxby Chambliss has won his re-election bid. Chambliss won just 49% of the vote during the November general election, forcing a runoff between him and the Democratic candidate Jim Martin.

Chambliss has a strong immigration record with NumbersUSA. During the 110th Congress, he voted against the DREAM Act and co-sposored the SAVE Act. He also voted to increase border control and interior enforcement and voted against an increase to chain migration. has more on this story.
