Mr. Oberweis answered "YES" to the amnesty question on our survey, however, he included the following comment, so we have rated him appropriately:

"I do support providing children who were brought here illegally by their parets and who have grown up here a path to citizenship. We should not punish children for the acts of their parents."

"I also support 'non-immigrant' visas for the parents fo children who become citizens, but I don not support government entitlements, right to vote, or path to citizenship for them."

Support Local Enforcement: "Only at the request of state or local government."

Oppose Visa Lottery: "Immigration should be based on skills needed by U.S. or family relationships."

Oppose Unnecessary Worker Importation: He highlighted "if their presence would threaten the jobs..."
