Chain: H.R. 41 (1999)

H.R. 41, the Mass Immigration Reduction Act, called for deep reductions in all categories of immigration, including ending the chain migration categories for parents of adult children and siblings of adults. Overall, H.R.41 would have reduced immigration by almost 5.5 million over a ten-year period.
