To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to impose e-bonding requirements on certain nonimmigrant visa applicants, and for other purposes.
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide that a spouse must be at least 18 years of age, and for other purposes.
To reduce the amount of foreign assistance to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras based on the number of unaccompanied alien children who are nationals or citizens of such countries and who in the preceding fiscal year are placed in Federal custody by reason of their immigration status.
To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the provisions that relate to family-sponsored immigrants.
To amend the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 to impose penalties for State noncompliance with enforcement of immigration law, and for other purposes.
