The bill would give children born in the United States the same citizenship and immigration status as their mothers, effectively ending birthright citizenship and significantly curbing chain migration.

The bill would require DHS to develop and implement a plan to better recruit and retain Border Patrol agents and include in that plan a scheme to award bonuses for recruitment and retention of Border Patrol agents.
