Account Issues

An action alert is an email sent to you by NumbersUSA's founder and executive director, Roy Beck. Roy typically sends these alerts a couple times per week when there is pertinent information regarding the battle against open borders, immigration increases, or illegal immigration. This information typically includes what is happening in Congress on immigration-related bills, how government, state, or local agencies are handling immigration-related matters, or any other information pertaining to NumbersUSA's goals. You may unsubscribe to these action alerts at any time.

No. A duplicate registration will not solve a problem with logging in. Chances are greater that we can solve the problem for you.

If you are a member you can remove yourself at any time by visiting your user page and clicking ‘Close My Account’ located at the bottom of the page.

Non-members should insert their e-mail address on our opt-out form to be removed from our mailing list.

There is no limit to users per household or computer.

If there is more than one NumbersUSA member using your computer, each user must always remember to log out when he/she has finished sending faxes or visiting the Action Buffet so the next user can login using his/her unique username and password.

Your personal information, especially your e-mail address, can be changed using our user form.

Remember, you have to be logged in to access this page. If you do not see your personal information on that page, then you are not logged in.

In order to ensure that all of your faxes go to your representative, please make sure that you have the four digit extension of your zip code in your user information. You can find this field and make corrections after logging in to the site. If you require assistance finding your four digit extension code, go to the United State Postal Service website found here: http://zip4.usps.com/zip4/welcome.jsp.

If the wrong representative is still listed after following the above steps, please submit a help request with which congressman is being displayed and which should be showing.

E-mail Issues

This is most likely an issue with your e-mail provider marking NumbersUSA as spam. Be sure that ImmigrationInfo@numbersusa.com is allowed to deliver e-mails to your inbox. You can most likely do this by finding an e-mail from us in your spam box and clicking an option that will say something like "Allow mail from this address" or by adding the email to your contacts.

As a member of NumbersUSA, you will receive emails containing updates and action requests from Roy Beck and/or NumbersUSA staff. NumbersUSA's website is designed for members to participate in helping to reform immigration law in the critical hours and minutes leading up to a vote in Congress.

By registering as a member on this website, you have signaled to us that you'd like to be active on immigration reform, but you can decide whether you just want to send faxes to congress, relay information to other people, or totally immerse yourself in any activity we have listed on this site.

If you want fewer — or more — Action Alert emails, you may set your activity level.

If you would like to receive immigration information specific to your concerns and personal interests, you may customize the type of information you’d like to receive.
